Institute for Innovation and Technology

The Institute for Innovation and Technology (iit) offers tailor-made services to interested parties from politics, economy and science, to explore critical interfaces, quantify new innovation-related tools and models, investigate new paradigms for innovation and develop strategies to address the risks associated with investments in the respective fields. The aim of iit is to leverage the complementary expertise of academia, industry and government with the aim of facilitating new systems for innovation and novel collaborative processes on behalf of our clients. The work of iit is based on a broader understanding of innovation, which also deals, beside core technological developments themselves, with the economic and social preconditions and impacts of technological innovations.  As a consequence, iit experts are involved in many cross-disciplinary, cross-cultural and cross-organisational projects on national and international levels.
