Curriculum Vitae

Markus Schürholz graduated in physics with a focus on modern optics and earned his Ph.D. in neuroscience for his work on automated data analysis of imaging data for the development of brain-computer interfaces. Since 2014, he works for VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH as a scientific consultant on behalf of the Demographic Change; Human-Machine Interaction Department of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) in the field of interaction and medical technologies. Furthermore, he functions as an evaluator for the EXIST founder scholarship of the German Federal Ministry für Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi).
