Curriculum vitae

Joachim Lepping holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the TU Dortmund University. His dissertation presents advanced methods for resource management in large cloud infrastructures. He is currently a consultant at VDI/VDE-IT Munich and manages the IUK research projects of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology. He also works as consultant for the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. His focus lies on topics related to IT security, communications systems and Industry 4.0. He also advises companies in the implementation of Industry 4.0 pilot installations.
