Curriculum vitae

Annelie Pentenrieder has been a research associate at the Institute for Innovation and Technology (iit) in VDI/VDE-IT since 2019. She works in the area of "Education and Science" and currently focuses on topics related to digitalization. Previously, Annelie Pentenrieder completed her doctorate in the field of media studies as part of the graduate college "Automatisms" at the University of Paderborn. Her dissertation examines the use and production of algorithmic decision systems using the example of digital route planners for road traffic. Ms. Pentenrieder completed her studies in cultural studies and communication at Humboldt University in Berlin and Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen.
