Development and application of cluster impact analysis using the example of an automobile cluster

With the help of the Cluster Impact Analysis, answers to the following questions can be found: To what extent do companies in networks and clusters benefit? In which areas do the companies benefit most? Can the goals that the companies hope to achieve through participation and involvement in the cluster actually be achieved? The Cluster Impact Analysis is a new instrument developed by iit, which is specially tailored to the needs of cluster management. The results show in which areas companies achieve a particular benefit and where the cluster management may need to make adjustments. The Cluster Impact Analysis was successful for the first time in an automotive cluster. The impact analysis showed both the successes achieved by the companies and the need for action by the cluster management, which were subsequently put into practice.
