ELMUG - Moderation of a strategy process to merge the networks ELMUG eG and MNT e.V.

Through the merging of two already existing networks in Thuringia, the project aims to increase visibility and performance – also beyond the borders of Thuringia. This should also strengthen the perception and influence of the cluster on the economic and political level. With the merger, the players want to drive forward the industrial development of nanotechnology in new types of measurement and control devices and the integration of nanotechnology in intelligent components for growth areas. The process of the merger is moderated and flanked by the iit as a neutral third party. The main task is to push ahead with the development of a joint strategy for the 'future cluster or network approach', taking into account what has been achieved so far.
