Evaluation of knowledge growth in companies through competence development measures
Using the example of two funding programs (ExzellenzTandem and Research Assistance) of the Senate Department for Science, Technology and Women's Issues of the State of Berlin, the increase in knowledge among the participating companies was surveyed. The levels of knowledge growth were recorded and evaluated in personal and telephone interviews (CATI) using a standardized questionnaire. Based on the company data, predictors were developed and successfully tested to predict the effect of competence development measures in companies with specific profiles.
