Foresight study 'Digital working world'

For the German Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, an interdisciplinary team from the Institute for Innovation and Technology (iit) is developing a foresight study on the topic of the 'digital working world'. The focus is on a structured analysis of expert opinions and research on new digitally mediated forms of division of labor, new forms of internal work organization and new forms of automation in the media, services and production sectors. The team uses a combination of foresight methods in the sense of strategic foresight. The goal is a comprehensive assessment of the industry-specific significance of digital technologies and their future impact on working conditions and relationships. The study is part of the dialogue process 'Work 4.0' initiated by the German Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
