Process design for the further development of the strategy for the Renewable Energy Cluster Hamburg for 2016 until 2019

The project goal is to accompany the further development process for the strategy of the Renewable Energy Cluster Hamburg Cluster Agency (EEHH) for the period from 2016 until 2019 as well as the process definition for the future development and revision of the strategy. The results of the evaluation in 2014 as well as further documents from previous studies, events and projects of the cluster will be the decisive basis for the planned strategy process. Within the framework of the process, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board as well as members must be integrated appropriately. Appropriate interactive event formats are planned for this purpose. The results of the strategy process should provide a long-term orientation in changing market structures and requirements, highlight further development potential and challenges, and be aligned with the excellence requirements of the ECEI Gold Label.
