Projects in the programme Learning Culture Competence Development

On behalf of the Working Group for Research in Continuing Education (ABWF), which as the project management agency implements the Learning Culture Competence Development program, two projects have already been carried out in the program area Learning in the Process of Work (LiPA). From 2001 to 2003, the project 'Personnel and Organizational Development in innovative medium-sized companies', which dealt with competence development in PE/OE processes, ran. From 2003 to 2006 the project 'Development, integration and use of knowledge along internal and external value chains' (WiPA) ran, which focuses on competence development along value chains. In both projects, competence development projects of medium-sized companies are accompanied and scientifically evaluated.
