Transnational Research Coordination and Monitoring of Erasmus+ in Adult Education

In cooperation with the Dutch consulting institute Ockham IPS, the Institute for Innovation and Technology (iit) is supporting the establishment of the RIA-AE research network for impact measurement of Erasmus+ in adult education for the National Agency at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB). The aim of the network is to contribute to a better understanding of international cooperation and mobility projects in adult education within the framework of Erasmus+. The iit supports the transnational research coordination and is responsible for conducting the national monitoring study for Germany in the years 2023, 2025 and 2027. With the help of a transnationally coordinated mixed-methods design, data on the impact and implementation of the program at the micro, meso and macro level will be collected on a recurring basis and evaluated for national and transnational reporting. As part of the project, the iit and Ockham IPS are also cooperating with the Dutch education consultancy Artéduc.
