Curriculum vitae

Dr.Léna Krichewsky-Wegener studied Political Science at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po) and the Institute for Eastern European Studies at the Free University Berlin. She completed a PhD in Education Sciences at the University of Osnabrück. Since January 2017 she is a consultant for education and research at the Institute for Innovation and Technology (iit). Her focus is on the international comparative analysis of VET systems and she is responsible for, among other things, the evaluation of the BMBF funding guideline on the Internationalization of VET.

Before joining VDI /VDE-IT, Léna Krichewsky-Wegener worked as a Policy Analyst at UNESCO, as a consultant at the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH and as a research assistant at the Institute of Vocational Education and Human Resources Development at the University of Magdeburg.
