Action catalogue 'Competently shaping the future of care' of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy

In the project, which was carried out jointly by IEGUS GmbH, VDI/VDE-IT and the University of Konstanz, concepts for finding and retaining skilled workers in care SMEs were systematised, evaluated and documented. The consideration was supplemented by an analysis of the development of skilled workers in the care sector. The action catalogue "Competently shaping the future of care: A toolbox for small and medium-sized enterprises for keeping skilled workers" is primarily intended to support small and medium-sized enterprises in finding and retaining skilled workers. To this end, an exemplary selection was compiled from the almost unmanageable wealth of scientific and practice-oriented model projects, instruments and checklists, examples of good practice and recommendations for action, and discussed with experts from science, politics, associations and care institutions.
