Gender Conference in the Year of Technology 2004 'Innovations – Worlds of Technology, Worlds of Women' of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research

The project consisted of the development of the concept and the realisation of the conference as well as the subsequent documentation of the conference results in form of a book publication. Against the backdrop of demographic change, the contributions and discussions focused on issues relating to the increased integration of girls into technical training and study programmes and the long-term retention of female engineers and technicians in technical professions.
