Programme integrated impact analysis of the start-up competition – ICT Innovative

On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), the start-up competition - IKT Innovativ is monitored and evaluated. It is based on the evaluation of process data from the competition procedure and supplementary surveys of participants and relevant comparison groups. The benefits for the competition arise in several respects: a) optimization of program control, b) comprehensive and timely documentation of the effects for the BMWi and the interested public, c) utilization and communication of good practice experiences in the context of the coaching offers, the founders' forum and the Internet platform.
