Curriculum vitae

Dr. Sonja R. Kind studied biology with a focus on molecular biology at the University of Cologne. In 1999, she finished her Master of Science (Diplomarbeit) with honours. Sonja Kind completed her Ph.D. thesis in social and economic sciences at the University of Bamberg. She was enrolled in the scholarship programme "EXIST-HighTEPP – HighTechnology Entrepreneurship Post Graduate Programme". Before joining VDI/VDE-IT in 2005, she worked as a consultant in a strategy consultancy based in Berlin. Since 2009, she has been coordinating the expertise area of evaluation in the iit. Sonja Kind has also, for many years, been involved in DeGEval – Gesellschaft für Evaluation e. V. where she heads the working group "evaluation in businesses" and is a member of the working group "evaluation of research, technology and innovation policy".
