Curriculum vitae

Lorenz Hornbostel studied political science at the University of Freiburg, University of Münster and Trinity College Dublin. Afterwards, Hornbostel completed a traineeship at Scholz & Friends Agenda and worked several years as a PR consultant on behalf of the Demographic Change; Human-Machine Interaction Department of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). Since 2017, Hornbostel has been a scientific consultant for strategy and innovation at the Institute for Innovation and Technology (iit). His focus is on project management, technology and science communication as well as Public relations and strategy. His professional career includes positions at the European Parliament, the danish consultancy Rambøll Management and the Leipzig-based Public Relations agency pioneer communications.
