Curriculum vitae
Dr. Stefan Krabel works at VDI/VDE-IT since December 2013. Previously, he had worked at the University of Kassel (2/2010 – 11/2013) and at the Max Planck Institute for Economics (2/2007 – 1/2010) as a scientific member of staff in the field of economics and public policy, completing his doctorate as Dr. rer. pol in 2010. The focal points of his work are science, education and labor economics. In his former activities, Stefan Krabel was involved, among other things, in analyses of inventive performance of researchers, employment markets of university graduates and scientists, knowledge transfer from research to private sector and academic spin-offs. Dr. Stefan Krabel acts as project leader of the BMBF-sponsored project "National Report of Young Scientists 2017".
