Oliver Buhl

Curriculum Vitae

Oliver Buhl studied physics in the field of magnetic thin films at the University of Kassel with a focus on semiconductor physics, electrical energy efficiency, renewable energies, energy economics and marketing, graduating in 2010. From 2006 to 2010 he worked as an employee of HELU Elektronik GmbH in the areas of production and quality monitoring. Since 2011 Mr. Buhl is working as a research assistant at VDI/VDE-IT. From 2012 to 2017 he was deputy project manager in the project management agency (PT) "Showcase Electromobility" of BMWi, BMVI, BMUB and BMBF. He reviews and supervises R&D projects with consortia of SMEs, industry and science in the fields of electromobility, mobility, production technologies and electric drives and engines. He is co-author of a study on "Challenges of municipalities and chances of digitalisation" in the iit-volume with the topic "Digitalisation" in 2016. Since June 2016 Mr. Buhl is project manager at PT for the research programme "Automation and Connectivity in Road Transport" of Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology.
